VW also builted a W8 for the previous Passat, but it had low power/torque and a bad mpg.

krhoom.......i think you did understand wrong or something........these mopar performance heads have nothing to do with VW.......and the W8("wedge stage 8") is just name of the head.....it is V8 motor head(not w8).

(if Mopar had something to do with VW i would not be a mopar guy )
