If anyone has this movie, or series please post....

I've been searching for quite a while, and I have found very little information about the movie or the manga. The only video I've ever found is the intro to the PS2 game. So if anyone has any info at all, post it, and if you manage to find a place where I can buy it on DVD PLEASE post it.
