yea i considered that. but it was a speed shop in collaboration with other companies. It wasn't just one dude. apparently it was pretty well done, was in corvette enthusiast for two months as they documented the swap.
also found out it has headers and cai already installed. he made this video of the interior for me today... I figured. 160 for dash, 50 for console, 700 for door panels and 150 for dash pad... so 1200 for interior replacement would be good and then another 2 grand on heads/cam and this car would be good to go.

I wouldn't do it. I wouldn't even invest the $ for heads and cam on that motor, the results wont impress you for the amount you will spend. I still think that a C5 is your best bet.

not really, just the fact it's a c4 with a c6 engine.
compromise and get a c5, wont be disappointed and not worry about what parts are on it or who installed them or get a job and buy a real c6 ![]() |

?? eh?
hence the c4 with a more potent engine for a price I could afford. Technically I would sell mine so, its not really about affording it, just swapping out.

you act like the c5 models are expensive.Sure like most sellers, lots of retarded owners think they own gold. but really lots of vette owners tend to sell the fair market price due to new models or AARP declined them ![]() I'd sell mine for low 20's. Just because i want the new model camaro. |
