^ do you even know what an access data port ODBII is????? It comes standard on every m ake and model THAT I HAVE SEEN since 1996, under the drivers side dash. From what you were saying, the aftermarket company builds you one so that you can tune your car.......I was then asking, because you were implying that the car does not come w/ one, how does it pass an emmisions inspection w/out a data OBDII port to get plugged up to??? Get it???

^ get a P.O. box w/ your name on it if you have a relative that lives out of state, register it in another state. Guys do that all the time around my area, being that it is a military town, they get away w/ it very easily.

 the county I live in requires echecks but the county below doesn't tho they don't allow the P.O. box registering anymore
