I remember hearing that the caliber srt-4 was going to be awd, I don't know if they stuck with that though.

No, the current AWD system in the lower end calibers can't take the power that the srt-4 motor puts out. So until they come up with a new beefier awd system (good luck with that) it will be FWD only.

every company considers it, but its so much cheaper to have everything up front, and lets face it, they dont want to put money, as least as possible and sell for the most possible.
