that is going to stunt his growth so bad. You really sholdnt lift weights like that until mid to late teens. The epiphiseal plates (where your bones actually grow from) in your bones compress and break down with that kind of stress. if you're done growing or close then its ok. i'm guessing may 5'6" max when he's done.

He's right, I was lifting free weights at around age 10 and now I'm only 5'8 should be 6 ft or so. Though when you lift at a young age you tend to stay big the rest of your life or have that bulky look to you.

that kid hangs out with barry bond's son. yup, when i was in school we learned about weight lifting stunting your growth if your body isnt ready and all that. i've seen that kid before when he had that long hair in those pics, that boy could whip some ass, he knows MMA

I seen him on ripley's belive it or not a long time ago pretty amazing what he can lift for that age.

ahh i saw the documentary on him. very strict parents... he does take supplements.

oh and i saw him working out on the leg press machine. his form ****ing sucks, doing max weights, very quickly, and just dropping the load for the way back down. 3 reps in bad form ...

god, that kid must b so unhealthy. he'll just end up short and if ever he stops working out,or stops taking his supplements, he will have soooo many problems. is he really the strongest "human" in the world? I don't really believe that.
