dunno how many people live by the ocean but you know when the tide gets extreme when this happens Tahsis B.C
this the village where i used to work as a boat mechanic.

noticed the fords in the 1st vid.

PS. live in a flood zone. not being a ****head. water is awesome. dread the flood season. it happens my way every 6 or so years.
get water 2-3 feet in basement. life goes on. don't put anything in the basement. Insurance pays for a cleanup

the cement pad is the boat launch, the launch was totally covered... and in the second video the storm drain which is usually a couple feet above the ocean is almost totally submerged
