tyle1780 - they sound like video games cause they use the whammy pedal so often which chucks the pitch up (usually) an octave)... plus they harmonize so much.

I can respect the fact that you are an opinionated Brit Burgh and I can even handle the stigma of being US but licking Aussie (or any convict related ideas you've got) but serously have a think about what you are saying - what about classical music? Some of the greatest (musically AND theoretically AND technical) music written is classical. Are you saying that antone that plays a style or genre that is not contemporary within just a few years is oldschool and therefore the music is crap?

Each to their own on musical taste but you have to admit the stuff posted above took a lot of skill to write and perform, that's what it's all about.
