Nomad, you should read Cobra II: The Inside Story of the Invasion and Occupation of Iraq. It is a well sourced book that would help further enlighten your facts. BTW, be on the lookout for the contractors in the supply lines (keep your eyes peeled and you'll still miss them)

I live in a huge military town and I was a Marine and have been around them for 14 yrs now. I used to work for the base housing division. I would see them go to war and the next day some dude would be coming out of the same house I saw the Marine leave from. Unless YOU see it 1st hand then don't try to put falseness to what I say.

All men and women In the military are United States property, yes this Is true, you follow orders without question, or you don't serve In the military.

When a service man or woman is killed while serving In the military, that soldier has given his or her life for their country.

Did It ever cross your feeble little mind that maybe (Just Maybe) that dude was her brother, a cousin or maybe even a clergy man that came to comfort her, It could be they were praying for his safe return.

Ummm.......yeah, she must have a lot of brothers.......dude wake the hell up, everything you say "just has to be correct" it's your way or no way,huh? I have been there and see that o.k. bud.....and yes I'm generalizing, but a good damn percentage does go and cheat around on their husbands. I have seen guys come back and find out and kill themselves or beat up the women or other man and go to jail. I guess since you NEVER been in the military, or lived in a MILITARY town for as long as I have you still must know it all. I DO NOT agree w/ what we are doing over there, but my friends are there and a few have DIED. I missed being recalled by 2 weeks. We need to leave the Iraqi people alone, yet we need to help rebuild what we have destroyed. The only thing I do agree w/ is when we went after bin-laden, then when we deemed him unfindable and somewhat left out of there, it should have been done w/ and ended. Maybe keep a select few special forces teams there to look for him, that's it. But Iraq, no way, we need to resolve that shit and come home. And why the name calling to me mr. politically correct?? did I do that to you, No. So grow up.
