Here's a step by step description of what he does:

He's got 5 cards when he starts the trick.

When he shows them one by one, notice that the last one, the Ace os spades, he 'adjusts' it so you don't notice the card under it.

When he takes 3 cards out, he gets the 2 first by the bottom and the last one by the top. (and this last one is the extra card)

When he palms it into his hand, you can clearly see that he drops the card back with the others. So you don't see a card in his palm cause he aint't got none!

When he sets it down, he slightly moves the card on top the the side making it look like he just dropped the card.

Now, notice when he shows the 2 aces in his hand, he takes (with a fast move) the 2nd card and puts it on top so you can see the 2 aces, and the extra card is in behind the 2nd ace, which you can't see it.

So now he tries to confuse you. But look closely!

He's got the 2 black aces on the table and the 2 red aces in his hand. He sets down the red aces(and the extra card) and pick up the black ones. But at the instant where he doest that, he also transfers the bottom card, a red ace, to the pack on the table(the black aces). But he hides it at the bottom of the black aces pack so you still think he's only got 2 cards.

When he shows the 2 black aces in his hand, notice he pulls out one of them from the middle because that last card is a red ace. Then he puts the ace of clubs in the back. He sets down the black aces and takes in his hands the red aces.

NOW PAY ATTENTION

This is where you clearly see the "glitch" in his trick. He shows you the 2 red aces... No he doesn't he shows you the ace of hearts twice!!! Cause the diammond ace is between the black aces already.

He pulls of the same crap of the card in the palm and voila the diammonds ace is between the 2 black aces by magic!

When he show the "single" ace of hearts, he's got the extra card behind it.

So all he does is put the extra card, which is on top of all 4 aces in the pack. And he says this is the hardest part!

He does the palm crap again and voila!!!

... and at the end you figure out what the extra card was... a 8 of spades... not that it matters!
