as for cars liek that being built for straight...dude you honestly have no skill...i have seen a stang take a curve as well as i can, i have seen a stang hold the curve better then i can with my slowcivic

you may think stangs are built for straight but these things can handle if modded right
i didt say stangs in genral.i said that stang was probly built for the 1/4mile

Having a 12 second car makes me have an appreciation and a great deal of respect for the skill involved in launching, banging gears and keeping that thing in one piece down the track.

Obviously, you have no respect for the skill it takes to powershift like that because the tach on your car moves so slowly that you could watch paint dry before shifting into second, read a book between the shift to third and then do your taxes before shifting into fourth.

Big deal you have ridden motorcross bikes - what do those things top out at... 80 mph? .. I have had a ZX-6r and gsxr-750 and I still am amazed at those shifts. Its completely different.

haha u dont know what ive driven.my car isnt fast.but ive driven cars what are not shy. 600bhp r32 gt-rs u have to shift pretty quick once it gets moving.

road bike riding is nothing on what motor crossing is.if u have road them u would know that.

why is it called powershifting ,due to them changing gear at the right time?????never heard this before.

EDIT.85mph maybe more on ruff mud and jumping at 50mph.hmm u have no idea.stick to driving in a straight line.

Powershifting means the gas pedal never leaves the floor throughout the entire quarter mile. You miss a shift while on the spray and you will probably toast a motor.

I dont know what you have driven, but I know you dont know much about fast cars as evidenced by what you say. This is a prime example. If you cant respect the skill involved in piloting a 9 second car, I have serious doubts about whether you have ever driven a 600 hp car in a setting other than in a parking lot. Every internet racer like you thinks its just a matter of stepping on the gas and instant 9 second timeslips.

Stick to driving in a straight line? Every bike and car I have owned gets roadraced... Dirt is for potatoes, asphalt is for racing.

i have many friends with skylines and they have no problems with me driving them.and not on a car park or on roads liek in the US.we have corners here every where is like a track.

and no i dont have a clue about driving a 9 sec car.who has driving one.? u? the thing i first stated was .its not hard to change gear.full throttle changes or what ever.nothing about piloting it.till it was brought up.

oh and powershifting is full throtle changing not heard ur term for it before.

and dirt is for racing on.never seen WRC before? watch some real driving skills.watch WRC rallying.

My main point again, since you like dancing around things, is that shifting like that ISNT easy. If it were, we'd all be john force. There is a reason why some guys run 14's in LS1's while others can get high 12's. This is part of it.
But you wouldnt know anything about that.

There arent any tracks in the US? Laguna Seca, Thunderhill, VIR, Road america, Indy, Las Vegas speedway etc dont count? We have no twisties? Son, the US is home to the stretch of the road with the most corners anywhere in the world for a given distance. Look up "Deals Gap". 318 corners in 11 miles. Again, you are posting shit you know nothing about.

i said the roads are like tracks here.not reading it right and trying to come out with information is making u see shit.wow and u have a road with 318 corners.does that make up for the rest of america being straight roads? nope.thts why europe has the best handling cars because we have to cope with corners.
