Default Me (94 Stang GT vert) vs 69 Camaro

Here is 2 videos of my Stang one from 3 months ago and one from a few weeks ago
In 1st video i broke T5 tranny (3rd gear) and still won coasting 70 mph
Than after i installed one of those TKO500s i heard guy with 69 talkin shit how he beat me so i went out and look for him and finaly i got him and i just to make sure that he knows what lil 302 can do

BTW 69 Camaro have 362ci or something like that ,than after we raced 2ndtime i find out he had installed better heads and cam but still not enough lol

In round 1 we have 2 cameras taping same race ,and in round 2 we raced two times because video was bad on 1st race (like 2nd one was better lol)

take the engine out of the piggish 94-98 mustang and put it in the lighter fox body(79-93). good race

Maybe you did race one w/ a bigger motor, did you even consider that fuel injection of todays technology is superior to stock carbed cars of old? Not to mention the suspension from back in the day sucks balls, and they are ran on lil ol pizza cutter tires. They also weigh in like tanks. Sorry to burst your bubble, but older muscle car aint much to beat. Even the kings of the streets back in the day ran high 13's ---low 14's stock. My car in stock form woulda been a street killer back in those days considering I went 13.1 bone stock. Installinging heads and cams on those older cars was a trick initself to get the correct combo to make power, in which people made stupid choices on.....the right cam, carb, adjustment on the carb, and heads, suspension, tires, gears is what they needed to move out, not to mention a skilled driver to pilot that thing.
From the video, the guy was unmodded to me, cause you can't even hear his car, and a enthusaist would damn sure mod the exhaust, plus he was running on honda civic width tires.....also looks to me that he was realing you in and you hit your brakes as he was about to pass....hmmm.....From the looks of his car, you raced a pig slow 327ci sbc

Well, I have seen many old classics that look "stock" that are ****ing fast.

Just because it looks stock and original doesn't mean it is slow.
It could be heavily modded in the engine bay.

Did you ever consider that it is a lot easier to make power when you don’t have to pass emissions? Not to mention that making high HP with a carb is very easy. NASCAR runs carbs and they are making over 800hp with no power adders. If that guy goes to the effort of going with aftermarket heads and cam and decides to keep the stock carb then he deserves to lose.

Either way you crying about it being unfair because of a carb is laughable.

Well we aren’t talking about a stock car are we? When you go and put aftermarket heads and swap the cam then you cant claim its stock.

Maybe back in the day before there was aftermarket parts and the hotrodders had to interchange oem parts to try to find more power then yes that would be tricky. But how tricky is it to order a new set of Edelbrock heads from summit and call up comp cams and tell them your combo you are going to run and have them set you up with the perfect cam for your combo?

Bottom line is your arguments you have made are weak and just make yourself look foolish.
