I figure since everyone else is saying the same thing (for the most part) it's my turn
they retail for around 44k. There is a lotus dealer by the mall here and while the guy that does all the test drives was bored I got to talk to him, thats what they say.
The car is very bare bones, there is a bad for your feet in teh foot well, and thats about it for carpeting. u sit so far down in the car that it's amazing.
Whoever said the Esprit doesn't handle for shit is a f-ing moron, thats what lotus was all about. Colin Chapman (master of all things lotus and pissing off the FIA rule makers) always perfered lightweight, and handling over outright power. The esprit just slowly got a bit heavier as it evolved but still handled damn well.
