ORANGE, Conn. (Nov. 18) - An arrest affidavit says a Milford police officer charged with manslaughter for a car crash that killed two teenagers was driving 94 miles per hour and was not on an emergency call.
State police earlier this month charged Jason Anderson with two counts of second-degree manslaughter and one count of reckless driving. He was released on $250,000 bond. Anderson, who has been suspended with pay, is due to be arraigned Nov. 24.

Police released a videotape of the crash Tuesday that shows the car carrying the teens turning into the path of Anderson's cruiser, which slams into the car and sends debris flying. The New Haven Register and Connecticut Post requested the video.

The video was taken by the dashboard camera of another Milford cruiser, the papers said. That cruiser was driven by Officer Richard Pisani, who has not been charged but is on desk duty pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

Pisani was traveling at 65 mph but accelerated when Anderson's cruiser passes him on the right, the Register said. Pisani's maximum speed in the time frame shown on the video is 72 mph, the newspaper said.

The New York Post said there has been speculation that the two officers may have been racing when the crash occurred.

Anyone else got it? Picked it up yesterday. Amazing game so far. Has a few of the free running issues still that were in the first game but not bad. The quests are a lot more varied and there are a hell of a lot more weapons. You can also buy weapons/armor.

If you liked the first one even a little bit I would highly recommend this one.

Initial review of it would put it around a 9/10.

*Just checked game informer gave it a 9.5/10.

Hey,

in 2007 a friend decided to start doing rally, so he bought a golf and entered into a rally here in canada (basically in Quebec)..

anyhow he is in a category for stock vehicles (no turbo allowed nothing)

anyhow he owns the blue golf with white front end and racing flag on the side. (used to be silver and blue as you will see in the first video's)
also the inboard camera (with HYPE sticker on the dash) is his.. anyhow enjoy the videos

a little information of the video since the writing is french, watch the video first....

Little about this video... poor guy had the worse of luck, the night before the race the car didnt start, thats when you see the first french writing.
-then as they are transporting the car to the race the hitch was badly hooked up smashed the back window of the truck.
-finally before the race they fixed the problem car runs fine.
- Exhaust is to loud, hooked up wrong, so off to find a garage to weld it better.
-on the way there damn cops...but all good thing they fix the problem and off to the race..

-due to all those problems happening they couldnt do a lap or two on the course to get to know it so the bad luck kept going.... and they hit a huge rock in the road.

didnt damage to much...

just posting this here so you guys can all have smiles on your faces..

recently an old member from tremek.com has asked me to come back and say hello, so i swung on by to say hi, that and well sorry i have not been around.

as for the civic im sure most have questioned as to whats been going on with it, well not much it got a fresh coat of paint from bumper to bumper, and up for sale. my new project as of october 2008 was a honda Accord 1994 EXR

how ever as luck would have it, i scrapped the car in February, not much you can salvage when rolling 130kmh and hitting another car.

anyhow as for my new project.. its all on hold and **** skylines as nice as they are and as much as i would want one i cant be bothered i have two new cars as ideas and well one more then the other just in due time (no money for things like this right now)

anyhow was nice to hear from you all again, maybe i can come online more often.... but we will see...
