I've seen those NSX's getting owned at my local dragstrip all the time; Not because they are slow, but because usually they have hughe ass rims and 1 inch of tires . Now let's put it in a track agains the same cars, the other cars would get owned...

Wow, this thread has gotten HUGE! So much hate against DSMs because of this video, haha. I say the DSM who raced that NSX should go find him again and race him fairly this time...and still win.

BTW, my cousin has a 520 whp civic....but he made it all drag. If it were in a street civic, he'd have trouble getting traction.

No hate on DMS's just the cackling losers driving them in this video and that talon will probably get dusted by the NSX what an ignorant thing to say he will dust the nsx how do you know he doesn't have something done under the hood all motor or supercharged, and I have worked on and ridin' in a supercharged nsx and you can't hear it...

Why's it so hard to believe the DSM beat him. The Talon has a studder box that lets him hold the rpm at whatever he wants to untill he launches, probably using DSMLink or a stand alone like the AEM EMS. It's not hard to get a Talon fast enought to beat a stock NSX, I'm running 12's in mine and I'm nowhere near a DSM pro. Also if you want to see a fast street driven Talon go check out John Shepards 8 second Talon... http://shepracing.com/

I dont think the arguement was if the dsm could dust it or not or its unbelievable I think the arguement was if the nsx was racing or not, but I could be wrong

He seemed to be going pretty fast for someone who wasn't racing. If you have a low 12 second Talon racing a high 13 second NSX, it'll look to most people like they aren't racing, when in reality it's just an ass kicking.

any dsm can be lethal, but this video shows no racing whatsoever of the NSX or even attempting to race.
