We have a '95 w/a red top SR20 bone stock!!! what redtop came stock with a t28? only the s14 vvt motors came with a t28 did but you said redtop
i have a stock s14 motor in my s13 that had a t28, maybe im just a stupid dsm guy again

As far as the turbo on the red-top SR20...originally I refered to the turbo as a T2crap...cuz truth be told, I wasn't absolutely sure. 240RWHP seemed a lot for a T-25...so at 4:30am w/out the ability to place a call and verify...I said T28, my bad. As a matter of fact, before I posted again I called my boy and asked him what it was and he described it as T2-small and wasn't sure himself. But it is the original turbo as we bought the motor/trans complete and intact... completely stock.

And I wonder though...when we bought the motor, there were 2 front clips from S13's...actually 180SX's both with red-tops in them...and I could've sworn the guys said they had T-28 ball-bearing in them...but again, I am definitely not the SR20 guru...I've never owned them so I wouldn't be certain.

Again...thanks guys, but any links to SR-anythings won't help me out. I do not, have not, will not own a 240...been there, done that w/the 4 cylinder thing.

not trying to get you to like sr's or nissans, i really can care less, i was just trying to help you out or your buddy who dynoed 2XX and does not even know what turbo he has for sure

Again...he knows exactly what turbo comes with it...T2SMALL...wouldn't you agree? I have a feeling you think that because I made a mistake in listing a turbo for a car I don't own that I have no idea what I am talking about...all I was doing was citing actual dyno numbers that I had seen take place about a certain engine/car combo...nothing more. The only reason it was dyno'd at all was to get a base line as it sat in stock form, we already had a turbo to replace it before we even installed the motor so as you can probably imagine, being able to properly ID the stock turbo, knowing it was being yanked as soon as the car came back from tuning the TEC, wasn't high on the priority list. At any rate, good luck with your swap, keep us posted on what mods you've made and how it does...

maaaan....I cant even find this T2small turbo thingy, even google =/, I wanted to see the price range if it was within my spending limits then Id buy it, would be a good upgrade from the t-25 i have. =[ where can i get one or atleast check it out?

I wish the 240SX would have won. that's my car and it lost. i think i'm going to pepboys to buy some more parts.

Yeah...then bolt on 1 per cylinder to make some decent power...please, T2x, T3, T4 ALL = T2SMALL
