Did you not watch the vid? LOL. He said he let off at the 1/8th mile due to the track requiring a cage for anything under 12.0. The car runs the 1/8th mile traps at ~100mph, so its much faster than mid-12passes.

Yeah, a lot of tracks require roll bars once you get below a certain time. And then full roll cages as you get faster.
