There are quite a few very nice cars around where I live including a talon that ran a 11.2 at 129 at our track's elevation a lil over 3000 ft. And that was without grabbing full traction till 3rd gear. He spins all four through first, into second, then by 3rd he's good, and his best 60' is 1.507... it's nuts!

I havent watched the video, but when you say 10 second talon do you mean it runs the 1/4 in 10 seconds or do you mean it lasted a whole 10 seconds. Because if i get to see a DSM last 10 seconds it will be a first

wow nice run for a talon . Im a talon/eclipse hater but ill take this one because it would smoke any stock domestic

Um... okay. There are a tons of dsm's that would smoke any stock domestic, all you need in most cases is a k&n and a boost controller, maybe a fuel pump, and you're good to go for 13 sec runs, which wouldn't beat any stock domestics, but a lot. Then it gets slightly faster, but there are plenty of low 12 sec/ 11 sec dsm's. And if I need to get into the reliability issue again I will, but if you look at the other posts in here, you'll see what I put.

Are you kidding me, my friend has a supra tt that has a current best time of 10.6 and that was on street tires. his car puts down 941 whp and that is on his old turbo, he is now putting in a garret gt-47 the equivilant of a t6 turbo, it's massive and he drives it everyday, so don't talk if you don't know.. I could list other examples that I see running around ever single day, but I don't really feel like it... at least not now

10s for a 1000hp car is not that impresive and once he puts some big slicks and start puting some stress on the drivetrain insted of just spining tires Iam positive he will start braking stuf.And a fact that he drives it daily does not mater becouse he doesnt put any stress on the motor.I dont think there is any cars that will do 10s for a long time whitout braking axels gearboxes and other things unless they have major mods.
