Stereotyping is bad. Now see, since you own a camaro, I could start the white trash angle. Do you have a mullet? Do you have a hitch on the back to pull around your home? Now these things do not hold universally true as some believe. Claiming that dsm’s are unreliable because people can break them doesn’t mean anything. Things getting broken leads to the advancement of the sport, thus in a sense this is a good thing. Your times are amazing when compared to mine, but how much money do you have “invested” in those numbers? To each his own. I am a broke college student who loves to go fast. A dsm is a perfect fit for me. Due to your situation or beliefs you have chosen another route. In truth it is all about respect. I respect the numbers people can put up with American muscle. Can you respect my rice burner?

BTW here is a list of some local guy’s time slips.

i respect anything that has hard work put into it...

as far as money that went into the ride, The car was in a flood and picked it up at the auction dirt cheap. all the mods were bought used.
had about 15k into it total, sold it for 17.3k
it was an R-title also....

That puts you above most.

$15k is a whole lot of cash to me. Of course I do not expect to run the times you did. That is quite a feat for the money. Is that figure including the price of the car? Did you run into reliability issues with used parts?

the work thats put in is more important then the money,if everyone wanted the cheapest and fastest car,the whole car scene would be boring
