Even with a short shifter when you are in a rush sometimes the clutch comes out a little quicker than you planned.

The 4th to 5th is probably about the same but in most races people don't hit 5th.

I usually miss 2nd but thats because my shifter is all kinds of ****ed up. No lock out, the cables are all loose...ick. Hence why its a beater.

With a stock turbo on a 2 g talon and a stock intercooler the ford should have a small advantage. Race a 1g with a stock 14b and see what happens when a simple bleed and exhaust mods! :loser1: :loser1:

Before getting my short shifter I think I've missed third gear maybe once or twice. After the short shifter none. BTW n/a or turbo any motor will blow if not properly maintained or tuned after upgrades. Just my 2 cents.
