Well I was driving in the passenger seat of my girlfriends Neon, on my way to 7-11 when I see a yellow Dodge Viper drive by, so I yell out the window "Hey wanna race?", he looks at me and realizes who I am (he's a buddy of mine) so he pulls in behind her car, we pull over in the next parking lot we find and the conversation went like this:

Him "So is your car running?"
Me "Yep, but I'm out of race gas", which means that my car will run like ****.
Him "Well are you ready to race?"
Me "Ya sure"

So I quickly phoned up my buddy and asked him if he could find me some race gas, he phones around quickly and says he found some 108 octane fuel, but he can't get it for 40 minutes. So I go to meet the guy with the Viper and I asked him if he wanted to race now or wait untill I got the race gas, he said he didn't want to wait. So against my better judgement we went out of town.

I have to tell you now that I was getting knock, LOTS of knock (38 counts at Max), which means my timing was being pulled, I didn't realize this untill after when we looked at the Datalog (not very bright on my part). But here is the race. There was another run that I'll explain why I didn't add it if you ask about it.

Looks like he kept pace, only if he hadnt spun. maybe a closer race :thumb:

If he had waited for me to get race gas I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have been so close, but ya he did keep pace, I love AWD.

all i kno is that was close ,nice car btw, i think itda been beeter if the dood in the viper could launch for a ****

those awd talons are bad to the bone for dragracing, especially on the street.

If someone cant launch on those effing wide tires, they need to learn how to race...

Damn normally vipers hook like nobody's business, guess the driver needs to relax a bit.

60 trim Turbonetics T3/T4
6 bolt engine swap
and pretty much all the supporting mods.

Nice... good choice on the 6 bolt swap, tho from the sounds of it if you run pumpgas much, it'll turn from 6 bolt to piston soup.

nive video only thing is they did not make a srt-10 viper in 1995 only the new one's from 2004 on are srt-10's.
