River, I hate to say it, but you're a complete moron.
You're a typical DSM owner who thinks he knows what he's doing and really has no clue. A 60 trim or better yet, a 3052 or 3065 is just fine on a 2L The reason that the 4g63 is still the fastest motor in a drag application is because you can spin it far faster than a 2.3 or 2.4 motor. With cams and springs, even a GT35R based setup can be used very effective for drag racing. Hell, I run an Evo3 16g on my Galant and have my fuelcut set at 8k... if I spooled even at 5, I'd have plenty of powerband left for drag racing. You don't have to be the smartest guy, or always right to go fast. River, you're just another DSMer that is clearly still learning, and is insecure as ****. Ever notice that real tuners with experience don't **** talk, and use proper punctuation and paragraph breaks in their posts? As far as tuning goes, though, you're right, to use a SAFC you need a chip to comp with lower timing if you'll be pulling fuel, and its a real pain to work with. But for us lowly dsm'rs who can't afford a $1600 aem unit, it works fine to have Jeff Oberholtzer make us a good solid chip and dial in with an AFC. So stop being so arrogant and do some learning. And if you ever bring that attitude to a DSM meet, be ready to have your ass kicked by the big dogs out there.

I'm going to the track this weekend with some C16, last time I only used a little bit as mix with my 94 octane pump gas. This time I'm going to have a full tank, hopefully it works because I plan to turn the boost up to 25 psi. If the car is still running after that I'll order the keydriver stage 3 chip.
I know this probably isn't the smartest way to go.

I presume you're compensating for the airflow with Apexi's SAFC (same thing I use, actually) and if such is the case, turn your fuel pressure down to ~30psi (if you have an AFPR) and pull your base timing all the way to TDC.
With the AFC and no chip, you'll be turning your airflow way down, so you'll land yourself on an unnaturally low load map = more timing. So retarding the base timing will mean the ECU can still run the 25* of electronic advance that it wants to with the same net effect of the normal 20 +5* base. The lower fuel pressure will allow you to comp less with the AFC. I'm sure you knew most of this if you went 12.7 but just in case, there it is again.

OK... after re-watching and counting the time it took, and compairing your signatures time, I am calling BULLSH!T. That viper, AFTER 20 SECONDS, would have at least pulled even, if not ate you for lunch. Something fishy about that vid. Just watch the telephone poles and count when they start racing.
