why are ppl beside the race trck anyways? shouldn't that event be more controled?... a lot of other vids have barriars to protect ppl

all of people are OK, in hospital but they are OK. This Accident was in Lithuania not a Latvia, on Licence Day to Drift Race. After this accident in our country close the drift challenge.
