I suppose the funny part is what the cops say, but I have no Idea what they say

he sed in a southern accent(ill-mannered idiots....he is doing like this and like this.....left and wright.....)
in that scene they were representing cops who have no idea what to do in these cases,especially villagers from outsid the city
