lmao @ the people who think every video on the net is fake. maybe they were squirted in a napkin and they are fake. anyway, it looks he accelerated before the apex(rook move) and lost it before he could straighten back up.

2 things. 1 thats like a 94 rt/10 (Not very expensive nowaday), and 2 I agree that it was partially driver mistake but also vipers have massive torque (8 liter v10) and its also fuel injected so when u let off the gas and them butterflies close u get negative torque which can also swing the ass end around too. But not sayin it wasnt a mis-shift, if the guy was leading im sure he didnt just let off and get that neg. torque right there.. prolly did a few laps b4 too huh.

Vipers are well known to be very loose on corner entry in the first place, and missing a shift sure didnt help.

i dont really think that its a problem that could have occurred but actually more of a flaw in the transmission design.
