a factory tuner turbo car can outrun an awd 5000lb suv with a limp-noodle 360. who would have guessed?
i'm so amazed by that that i could poop.

Bwahaha Funny thing is I have a friend with a stock 98 DX civic that thinks he can spank SRT-4's

I told him they can run mid 13's stock and he said that was BS because he beats them all the time and he swears his car is in the 14's

I think that probably had the 4.7, around a 289, I think. That was a newer WJ rather than the old model Grand Cherokee (ZJ). The 5.9 Limited model was the fastest SUV in the world for a while, from when it was intro'd in late 90's til the BMW X5, Mercedes ML55 AMG and Porsche Cayenne came out. But it shouldn't have been anywhere near as fast as an SRT

that's great. i have to say, back in the day, i used to be one of the (dx can take your 5.0L) people. age has given me wisdom. i have a pt turbo (same chassis and engine as srt) and i have a '94 civic ex. there is no comparison. i am building a setup to eventually beat the pt, but i still love the look on the little ricer's face when a pt family car pulls three car lengths on his (14 sec.) civic. parenthesis are fun today for some reason.

I know the feeling, they're all pretty shocked when my Jeep Cherokee pulls away from them after they've made a big show of trying to beat me. Its still stock expect for a drop in K&N that gives me maybe 5 hp, prolly more like3...

no, i do not live in stl anymore. i'm working on getting back there, though. i have a black '04 with stock wheels right now. my wheels are supposed to be arriving anyday now. what did the blue pt run?
