A friend of mine every few months takes his 12 second (1/4mile time) omni to irwindale, usually to break a transaxle tho. out of the lat 3 or 4 runs he has yet to make it down the strip. When running it's quick tho I swear! He runs the 2.2l bottom end tho, the 2.5 apparently has to long a stroke and is really stressed for high output.

It's probably the same that we're talking about because It's at Irwindale where I see him. He's definitelly the crowd's favorite

Ahh yes the Dodge Omni or the Charger GLHS. These cars are the biggest sleepers ever made IMO. They can run 13's stock and trap with MPH good enough for 12's (traction issues) They are easy to make fast, we have a few of them in Jax that run. Another sleeper is the Shelby CSX

I Deff like the omni GLHS and charger the most. Altho the shelby daytona is nice too.

I live in CT not to far from this guy. If you think the K car is somthing. He also has A 12 sec mini van and A omni GLHS (goes like hell some more). This guy is A Dodge nut!

Too bad it's only an NA supra. About on par with a mustang GT. 250-260 hp.
