challenger is supposed to be 34,900 MSRP. key word(s) here is "supposed to be"
Just a tad out of the average persons price range, Hell I would rather find a damn nice used C5 Zo6 for that kinda cash.

The New Challenger will probably be a 6.4 litre hemi with a 4 spd manual tranny coming as a late 08 early 09. only about 500 will be made with that combo. all others will have either the 5.7 hemi or the 6.1 hemi with the nag1 auto tranny(the challenger shares th same LX platform as the 300c, charger, and magnum)

That camaro is running a stock 7.5" 10 bolt rear end, which people have broken at stock power levels after putting on DR's. I know everyone hates the "if" argument, but if he put in a 9" or 12 bolt rear end and a set of slicks, there isnt any reason why it wouldnt be competitive from a dig as well.
