bullit was the first of its kind, back then it was something new, of course today it looks mediocre compared to modern movies

It was a good movie. But I haven't seen it in a while. Maybe my opinion would change if I went out and saw it again.

The movie itself was butt ass boring the couple of times I watched it. Chase scene still holds up imo though, I can watch that scene any old day of the week and like it

i like it a lot, now i do agree it can be boring, but you have to take into account when it was made. newer films are much faster pace wise

Gotta disagree with that statement....There r plenty of films made during the same period that r awesome movies. They made a horrendously shitty/boring movie but @ the same time made 1 of the best chase scenes in history. Regardless those 10 min were worth the rest of the wasted 1 hour 40 min

but look at what kind of movie it is, a detective movie, doesn't have to be fancy or flashy.
