Just wondering if/when you wax your car/s, what wax do you use?
Do you use a buffer? Special cloth? Use polish aswell? etc. I found a wax that works wonders, best stuff ive used ever and was only 3 bucks (discounted because discontinued?)Now i cant find it anywhere ![]() this is the stuff ![]() here is the results from using it, one coat, done right after a normal wash (hose water with wet rag, wipe, then wash again, then dry with shammy (pig skin?) my cars paint get oxidized fast from our constant hot weather (mostly just the top parts) and this wax takes it all away ![]() remember, only one coat, done without a buffer (hand wax on with a rag, hand wax off with a bath towel) Here is the roof, right part is waxed, left part is not ![]() same just closer ![]() here is a direct view from above to see how much of a difference it really is, left is wax, right not ![]() ![]() ![]() here is the hood, left of the 'scoop' is waxed, and half of the bottom by the emblem is waxed ![]() ![]() here shows the difference from the left side of hood, to the scoop non-waxed part of hood ![]() ![]() both sides of the hood waxed, middle has wax on it in the middle (on scoop) ![]() ![]() half of wax on scoop gone ![]() ![]() Entire hood waxed ![]() Entire roof waxed ![]() The paint is really a beautiful color, in this pic you can tell the metallic flakes in it and howit shines, after wax of course ![]() there might be smirls here and there, but hey its only one coat, done with a simple bath towel to get it off, not that soft or new either' So what do you guys think of the results? I LOVE IT i first tried using this wax,(only a small part of roof then used my other $3 shit) it cost more, it is supposedly better...and it was crap imo, didnt shine as much and you have to use wayy more of it for a small area ![]() ![]() *All pics taken by a 2.0 megapixels camera on my iPhone*

imo its too strict
but for the common user its a pretty damn good phone imo Pros: lots of memory (i have a 8 gig but now there is a 16gig i believe) can put tons of apps (games and whatnot) on it (i have over 40 and no probs really) can put full movies on it, vids, and music has a very good camera on it full internet on it, looks like your on a comp, just a smaller screen youtube dl apps directly to phone weather, stocks, google maps, calender, clock (with alarms and whatnot) good calculator, notepad god signal all the time (for me atleast) has the accelerator in it (works wonders for games, flips a picture any way your phone is angled by sense automatically, makes the dynomatic app possible, just pure badass) Cons: no multimedia messages (pic messages etc.)no video recording ![]() have to pay 2 bucks for a ringtone (i can help you out with that tho, for free just takes about 5-10 mins to do it)no insurance on it, just the warranty that comes with it (1year) or a extended warranty (like 80 bucks i think and it is only 3 years) too damn stirct, if you try to mod it, you chance it being bricked, then you can get a new one unless you pay for a new one Overall tho i love it, sleek, has hella lot of features, touch screen (not that crappy one like 'tap screen' or whatever, actual heat sensor screen, only works with fingers pretty much so if you dont have any your screwed) Great phone, will keep you entertained for ever you can get a new 3g for only $199 which i payed like $399 for mine back then and its a 2g plus less memory per dollar than the 3g ones, so this is the time to get one Hopes this helps your decision and helps you out

my dad doesn't let me use the good shit (waxing cloths and whatnot) on my car lol
shit makes it looks better than oxidized imo, its a cotton towel which i use, doesnt sratch too bad and the 'scratches' that you might see in the pics are just smirls from not wiping off the wax perfectly right there...barely any scratches on the parts that i waxed

im thinking of upgrading to the iphone when i get to, i got a blackberry pearl right now, overrated imo, nice phone but i really have no use for the mojority of its features, and i get raped on my bill, for the iphone heres what the plans are:
Rogers Communications - Wireless, Digital Cable TV, Hi-Speed Internet, Home Phone there pretty good for what i would get i think, just have to add texting, call display, etc as for the wax, looks great! i definitely agree about turtle wax, stuffs shit

I would NEVER use turtle wax products, they are garbage. I use DURAGLOSS first and if it is not available I use the meguires stage products. Nothing better for the $$.

iphones are sick. The 3g is the shit. But wait until the 3rd gen comes cuz it will have multimedia messaging and video. Steve jobs is no idiot. Just think of the ipod. How many different types there are. Wax the car once a month. Buffer. Three different towels. Applicator, remover, buffer. I spend about 6 hours, washing, waxing, clean, vacuuming the car. It's kinda crackhead style but it gets props.

turtle wax is garbage. I recomend zymol or any meguiar's products. the meguiar's clay bar and the 3 step process is where its at. And do NOT use bath towels... go to wal- mart and spend 5 bucks on some microfiber towels. And if your paint was that oxidized you don't wax your car enough. once a month is what i recomend if you want it to stay shiney.
