No, the plastic would freeze, crack, and spill the contents (which would then evaporate) if it didn't blow up first from the liquid turning to a gas rapidly because the plastic didn't insulate it from the outside temp.

I wasn't given enough info here... what kinda Zombies we dealin with? Cause some Zombie movies they don't die period, some its a shot to the head and in the last RE movies animals were affected as well. That would mean no hunting for food and in the case of they can't be killed you are pretty ****ed up there

have you seen the movie shaun of the dead? well the zombies in that movie are shot to the head and their dead and no animals are not able to become zombies

Usually you have to kill the brain for a zombie to die - they'll still try to bite you if you decapitate them. What's kinda funny is that the original zombies were a haitian legend and weren't dead at all but were under a voodoo spell. I actually really really like the cold idea, with the zombies freezing for the winter so you could just pick them off as you go. And in defence of my caribbean island idea, how would the zombies know to find me there? it would be far enough away that they couldn't smell me.

its ironic that yoy say that because i had just started reading that book and it was what sparked the idea for this debate.

But yes it is a very good book and oi would recommend it to any one who would like to read something with good humor

as for me... i'm already in the caribbean
few friends of me have a few rifles with 15oo plus shots along with long distance scopes
all have shotguns
live off of the water, can hunt hogs as well, and birds
i'm on a hill, so camp out with the rifles case of beer and a generator and good days from then on

The islands are small, you don't need sniper scopes to kill zombies on them. And bam, when you barely escape from zombies, appropriate a chevy suburban, outfit it with hillbilly armor and fill it with food and guns and a ragtag group of fellow survivors and someone asks "so where do we go?" you'll wish you had taken this seriously.
