one thing I don't get that you guys keep mentioning is half painted and all that unless ya'll mean them cars running round with baby blue body kits and shit

Yeah I've seen baby blue and black ones I wouldnt bother painting it either till your ready or able

I wouldn't bother putting it on the car until you were ready to paint it.

SEE!! Now we are talking rice.A guy that truly cares WOULDNT put a kit on his car UNTIL its painted BUT a ricer....WOULD.And drive it like that for a year...(or longer) waititng to get the money to prime it...LOL...then(wait another year) to paint it.

theres a guy around here with a crx with a plywood bench spoiler, the car is black w/ hand painted yellow batamn symbols on it, poorly painted i should add. we have a lot of "spanish" speaking people that arent from spain around here and i think they are the definition of rice to the T. spinner hup caps, neon lighting, tubbed out FF. teradactyl wings, fart can muffler apc stickers, plywood body kits put on with wood screws, i guess they just dont care. i think rice is when everyone around you knows your car is garbage, but you still think its hot
