Default 98 GTP sedan, 60k, modded

Hey,

Recently, I've come to the realization that I should really sell one of my cars. Between my DD Corolla and my RX-7, there really is no need for the GTP. I have the DD ability of the Corolla and the high performance of the LS10AE, no real need for this car. Furthermore, I really want an AWD car to take on the Indiana winters. So I've decided to sell it, so someone will actually enjoy all the money, blood, sweat and tears put into it. But anyways...a little history, I bought this car in 2004 from the first owner in Ohio. He bought it from a dealership, then would religiously take it to the same dealership for maintanence. He had all the records and even the Grand Prix sales book with the original window sticker taped in the back! Well, I bought it in May of 04 with around 40k on the clock. I modded it properly and reading up on every mod and deciding if I needed it or not. Over the course of 4 years, I had it stored 3 winters and drove it through winter only last year. It was a perfect winter car, but I can't stand to drive it in winter or really anywhere for fear of something happening to it.

For all intents and purposes, this is my baby. I took it all the way from stock to what it is now. But where does it stand now? Haha, I will list all the mods right now...in a semi-organized fashion.

Appearance:
ASCD Hood
Shaved side moldings
Shaved Grand Prix and GTP emblems
15% Tint
Black Clear Corners

Rolling Stock:
17 inch Mustang GT wheels
235 Pirelli P-zero neros

Interior:
3 gauge pillar pod (Boost, Trans temp, oil PSi) All work and are accurate. The Oil PSI sender that I had from autometer was acting up. I sent them an e-mail and replaced it last year.

Suspension/other:
Buick front and rear strut tower braces
Polyurethane motor mounts

Engine:
Thrasher CAI
ZZP Stage 1 Ported TB
Ported & Polished Blower
3.0 Pulley on a ZZP MPS
LS6 Valvesprings
VS Cam
INTENSE Oil Restricted Pushrods
The Other Guy's Headers into Random Technology downpipe
SLP Loudmouth with Fast Toys tips
42.5lb injectors
EGR Delete
Custom Tune

I think that's it...

Options:
Overhead Console
Leather wrapped steering wheel
Power Seat
HUD
Dual Climate Control
GTP Performance Package
Premium sound system
Heated driver seat

The Bad:

1) There is a rock chip on the hood, a friend of mine in an f-body decided it would be awesome to do a burnout right in front of me. He launched a small rock directly into the front of my hood and chipped the paint.
2) The car was involved in a small fender bender within a week of me owning it. A guy in a mustang decided to merge into me. So, he just scraped my side and gave me some of his paint on my passenger side. It was taken to my body shop and fixed properly. However, I believe they put a different adhesive on the back of the GTP plate. Because when I removed it, it pulled off some of the paint. I took it to another body shop and they fixed it. However, it doesn't match 100% I don't think many people would notice, but if one were to point it out, you would.
3) On the driver side, there are white specks. They will come out with a claybar, I'm sure. I just haven't had time to do it. My best guess is some kind of paint. My sisters car had the same thing and they came right out with a claybar.
4) As of right now, the fuel rail is leaking just a little bit. This will be fixed before it's purchased if I can get the car out of storage.

That's it. Now, the pictures....

The tips don't stick out like that anymore, and those are really the only pics I have of it. If there is serious interest and it's nice enough, I can pull it out of storage and snap some more pictures.

Anyways, my price...

ASKING 7k obo.

I'm very flexible, but please...consider the mileage, mods and condition of the car. Also, not specifically interested in trades unless you have a WRX or something similar. Obviously we could trade my car plus cash. However, I do have my eye on one that is currently on the market so I'm looking for a very quick sale on this guy.

Tranny is still holding up strong.

The custom tune I have placed the shift pressures set lower so it's not AS stressful on it. No signs of slipping, but obviously, with the power that it's putting down, I won't guarantee anything.

I know that sounds like I'm hiding something, but I'm trying to be as truthful as possible. Does it need tranny work, right now? No. I would drive it across the country and back, if I had a reason. Will it in the near future? It might, I'm not a soothsayer. Hahaha. One thing I do know is, that if the next owner mods it further, they WILL want to look into a built tranny.

Is it cheaper without the hood?

And who did the "custom" tune?

Uhm, if someone brought a hood when they bought the car and I kept mine I could probably knock off a few hundred.

The custom tune was done by a friend of mine with HPTuners. He's tuned a lot of 3800's around these parts, all very successfully, I might add.

It's a great winter car, I've just put to much into it to drive it during winter and subject it to all the salt and sand.

I love the mustang rims, I was going to put black stickers on the centercaps with the pontiac arrow but I never got around to it.
