If you have a picture on your computer you can upload it to a website like photobucket.com. Once you upload it to there you can copy the [img] [/img] address line and paste it in here. Or if you find a picture on another website you can right click on the picture and select properties and copy the address and come back to here on the reply screen and hit the little button up top with the mountains and yellow background (picture) and paste the picture address in the bar that will pop up. Hit okay and you are done.
