Even a slow project car can be a lot of fun. It's cool to install new parts on your own and then go test them to see how much they made a difference. Also, when you're in that 15-16 second zone, some cheap and easy mods can make very surprising gains to your cars trap/et.

Once you get down into the sub 13 area it starts to get much more expensive to get those big jumps in power.

i actually wasnt thinking and fukked up when i said high 16's, that was actually after i got it to keep running after delivery and before i tore it down and rebuilt it. if i can remember times between my boss's cars, i think........... yup i was in the 14's. i remember cause he killed me by almost 5 secs, and i lost half of my paycheck. but yeah, its so goddamn fun at the track.

lol you betted half your wages on a car whats 5 secs faster over 1/4 of a mile?.....so a 15 sec car vs a 10 sec car?....you should go on pinks.they will love you on there..

it was i drunk bet and the other car was a gen 1 rx7 with bad apex seal. too much to type.

and once again i fukked up. i was looking at track slips from the 1/4. the race i lost was on the 1/8. and i was running high 7's.
