No one is saying that weigt loss is a bad thing! We're saying its a good thing. But they just didn't do very much of it. We're disappointed with how much weight they lost. Their "hardcore" package took off only 40 lb and only another 40 lb from the tires, wheels and brakes.
The tires, wheels and brakes are ok. but the base weight of the car could have been dropped more than 40 lb.

Except that it actually serves a purpose here. And if you look at GT cars anywhere in the world, they'll have a big spoiler. So it's not just an "import NFSU" look.

i never said it doesnt serve a purpose, im saying there is other wings that could be put on that will give the same effect, but higher quality look to it
