*update* on my 442 project

well as you can tell the paint is completely off along with the 20 feet of chrome trim and now im starting to see the real body panel problems on this car and what i got myself into

^all the dust is from me sanding away at the body panel and bondo


there was close to and 1/8th of an inch of bondo on this body panel

and yet theres still more

nice work, and i'm glad to see your not going the bb chevy route with the rear diff and keeping the gear numerical lower. keep up the great work.

well i was looking at a 3.90 gear but i decided that since im not really gonna race the car i decided on a 3.23 gear and the 455 will get me enough power when im done with it i wont need the higher gears

you can still race her, a buddy of mine with a 67 cutlass with a mildly modded 455 olds and ran low 12's with numerically low gears. 500 foot pound of twist is your friend even with 3:23 gears.
