Default pics from our trip to Cycle Ranch, TX

We decided to make a run for San Antonio area's finest Motocross facility, and one of the country's finest riding facilities. The occasion was my buddy is moving to Cali Tuesday, and we wanted to have just one more good ride day with him.

A few pics of Friday afternoon, when the track was at it's finest. Jesus was it nice....too bad I didn't come in until saturday.

On Saturday, when I arrived, everyone was looking bummed....as the moment I stepped out of my truck, they called open practice off...meaning they were closed and we had to leave. Here's what the track looked like after they rototilled it about 2 ft deep, and then it rained just under 3 inches overnight...sheesh.

So, that's what the track looked like after the 'small shower'....lol. So, I showed up that morning to find it like that, and that they were closing the track. I finally just spoke up and said - "Can't you just turn you head and ignore me for a few laps? I didn't drive all this way, just to turn around and go home clean..." This guy laughed, and said "You really wanna make a lap on that?!?" Ofcourse, I did. He let me have 2 laps, and o.m.f.g.....it was like drifting...nonstop. lol.

Wet...yes. Muddy beyond belief.........yep. Having a fvcking good time.....hellz yeah!!!!

Happy new year and hope everyone's was good!

Justin

I almost tried that 'puddle' between #8 and #9......until I was told it was about 4 ft of water on top of about 2 feet of mud...that couldn't have turned out well.

I was the only one that actually rode on Saturday. Everyone else said they didn't wanna have to clean that kinda mess up when they got home.

LOL

I think I put my bike through enough abuse for that day already. Running it through a pond may have been the casket for it....and that's would've sucked.

i put my old kx 250 through a pond once, thinking it was a puddle, lucky i got the down shift and throttle pinned in time to get through.lol my buddy was behind me on a yz 125 and when he seen me get in it he quickly hit the breaks and went around.
