ok first off dont say no one has been able to import r34s because up until recently motorex did and there are plenty of street legal r34s in the states.

mabey it can no longer be done but thats different than "no one has"

also registering a car as a kit car in fact makes in complrtly street legal. people have been doing it to get that one english car(forgot the name) into the states for some time now.

so if you have someone in japan that will take a gtr and pull out the needed peices and then have it shiped over here seperatley, then you can in fact reessemble it and get it registered and titled as a kit car. making it street legal all the way.

i do have a question though, since it says certain r33's can be imported does that mean you can simply import one and get it registeered and titled to be driven on the street? or will you still have to do all the crap that motorex once did?

As far as them being common, maybe over there but in the US not so much. I have never seen a Skyline in person but have seen just about everything else (Bentley's, Ferrari's, Lamborghini's etc.)

yup blair i agreee.over here they are just as coman as a civic type r. due to them being so cheap. GTR or GTST its a skyline and most of the GTST look the same as a GTR. so its not a big thing to see one.and like talon said they cant have it so they want it basically.

i agree it has power. but probly useless on track and build quailty is shit. well from the ones ive seen they look like barbie cars just plastic all looking and the seats and dash :O shocking.

I do believe that you are wrong as far as build quality and ability on the track. As far as the interior goes I think it's pretty nice:
