Let me preface this "slideshow" of an AMAZING event put on by Hot Rod Magazine, this is an event that took place last weekend in Memphis, TN (Friday the 12th) where 65 cars were invited
(50 and 15 alternates) 33 ended up being in running condition by the time the tech day took place and only about 30 at the track (some didn't make the 30 mile cruise)

The MAIN rules are:
All cars must run 93 octane Rocket Brand fuel (10 gallons only to do the 30 mile cruise and race until the semi-semi finals)
All cars must be legal to run the times they run
All cars must run DOT approved tires
Wheelie bars are not allowed!

Alot of the cars were running mid 8's to low 9's on PUMP GAS

These pictures start on our trip to the Memphis, then a test and tune put on thursday night, to the tech inspection at Comp Cams, and finally the main event!
