A Few Pics Of My 04 TJ
I took a couple of pics this past weekend of my currently broken TJ (Cracked Exhaust Manifold) . Some mods include; Airraid Intake, Gibson Exhaust, Motorad Low Temp Thermostat, Nology Hotwires, MSD Coil, Optima Battery, T-Max 9000lbs winch, Warn rockrawler front bumper (w/ hoop and winch mount), Pro-Trucks custom rear bumper, Smittybuilt SRC Rocker Guards, Hella 500 Driving Lights, Hella Vision-Plus Headlamp Conversion, Energy Suspension Hyperflex Kit W/1" body lift, 2" BDS Coil spacers(front only due to weight of bumpers/winch etc), Trailmaster SSV shocks, Trailmaster SSV Steering stabilizer, Fabtech Steering Box Skid, and 31X10.5/R15 Yokohama Geolander AT II's.

Looks Nice, the only thing i dont like is the low temp t-stat, aqll they do is hurt power and kill your fuel milage

I think the reason for the cracked manifold is that the manifold is turning cherry to often under high loads. My Local Jeep Dealer has a new manifold on backorder for about 2 months now with no release date. i really wish someone made a header. Also the yellow factory mirrors are only on for summer. You cannot use the 2003-up mirrors with relocation brackets

dude theres alot of companies that make headers for 4.0's, banks, borla, gibson, mike leach

dont even bother with a header, just get a turbo set up off a SRT-4

cant turbo the stock 2.4 but a company called http://www.avengersuperchargers.com makes a trick setup which will eventually be on my Jeep. Also thought about doing a SRT4 motor swap!
