according to my recent ticket, it's considered defacing property. If you do it in your own driveway, it's a noise violation.... no way to win

Yea it is defacing property, personally I won't give a ticket for it unless it is done in a dangerouse manner (i.e. middle of a busy intersection during ruch hour and holding up traffic). And it isn't a noise violation if you live in the country.

Oh yea shows a sign saying that I am a leech and that I can rot in hell.

Fusion i guess that depends on where you are. A few years ago i got nailed in the act the cop told me it was $200/foot for each track lol i almost cried when i looked back at 2 150' black strips while clutching my wallet. cop was good though only gave me $575 in other fines instead of that one. Btw that was in B.C. Canada now they just pull lic. and impound you car pending trial
