awesome car. glad they have a v8 in there but not a big one. never got to liking the previous gen's sound but this one is heavenly

I read about it in car and driver and that v8 didn't impress me the least bit. Yeah it may make some power, but look at where that power is made......damn near the redline......and the same question arises from me as all the m3's in the past, WHERE THE HELL IS THE TQ.???

small displacement engines dont make much torque. it's that simple but you know this. It's about how refined the power delivery is and 400 hp isnt shabby

That was wierd. In most swedish magasines that have tested the new M3 it got kinda bad rewiews. Yesterday i red a test where the AUDI RS4 whoped the M3's ass and the BMW is an all new construction where the AUDI is a couple years old. Anyhow I personaly will miss that wonderfull sounding straight 6.
