Bikes are allowed to go down the line like that in alot of states. They just have to do it slowly, they can't just blast at 60mph thru stopped traffic.

Most are air-cooled, so making them sit in traffic would make them overheat. TX and Cali both let them cut the lines thru traffic.

When people riding in cars get jealous of motorcycles "white lining" down the center, they should stop and think "Gee, if more of the lemmings in front of me were on motorcycles, maybe I wouldn't be stuck in this traffic jam".

The guy in the video clearly wasn't going 60mph. Looked more like 35-40 to me. The van driver was the dumbass here.

That sucks, I doubt the van intentionally did that though. Nothing wrong with splitting lanes in stopped traffic in my eyes. You're just needlessly taking up space if you wait with the other traffic.

The Van driver was not the dumbass in the video, that dousche bag on the bike was. Why didn't he get all the way over to either side and ride the road shoulder? That has to be illegal in some way or another.
