I know this is an old post, but that is a friend of mine,

his name is Eddie, and the bike was named MOAB (mother of all bikes)
I have another video of him making 497.7 @25 psi, untuned

He hit 636 hp before he sold it, he had blown it up
at Bike Week 04, clogged fuel filter, leaned out and he took 3rd in the
horsepower shootout, only making around 29psi with the clogged filter.
he has had it as high as 36psi with nitrous and C16, it was very fast.

the supra in the video is jimmy aka Snake, it's faster now also.

The most amazing hayabusa i've seen is at my local dragstrip, its only 1/8 of a mile. this hayabusa im talking about also has a turbo, i have no idea how much hp, but that shit does like 125mph+ in 6 sec., probably even more. It big ass slicks for better grip and it doesn't even have bars to prevent a wheelie. The guy who drives it really has big balls. The bike looks awesome, its red w/ crome, just beautiful. I've seen other bikes mooded that run as fast as this one, but they have bars and they look ugly with a nasty motor sound
