Seems the new 2009 cobalt is less slow now... no change to the styling from the departed supercharged model, but significant changes to chassis/powertrain:
- 260 hp direct injection, vvt turbo motor - all new chassis/suspension - 8:22.85 time at nurburgring, which apparently is a class record: 13 seconds faster than any other stock fwd sport compact. the previous S/C'ed model of the ecotech has handled 600hp to the wheels. Wonder what upgrades will be available for this pocket rocket?

260hp out of the box is stout, unmodded or even slightly modded srt4's will get delt with. I wanna see a 60 trim and bolt-ons and tuning on the eco tech.....should make 500+ easily. good luck hooking up.
