ok i saw on the news that they mite change the driving age to 17 and 1/2 if this is true i am killing me self and dropping out of school :mecry:

In finland we can have car drivinglicense at 18ye old.... id say you still are lucky bastards

then again i like how vancouver has it..

you get a learners but have to stick a green sticker with the letter L on it which tells the cops and every other driver that your a learner...then after i think 2 years you get a regular lisence...

here in montreal you get a probationary lisence which allows you to drive with some one who has had there lisence more then 2 years...after that you go for a driving test if you pass you get a learners for 2 years with 4 points then once the 2 years are up you get a full 15 point lisence..

and the point system is basically 10-20kms over the speed limit its 3 points, 21-30 over is 4 points and so on....if you pass a red light its 3 points and stop sign 3 points...

and so on so on..

keep in mind you get points off plus a huge fine...and at the renual of your lisence you have to pay for the point you lost...
