No, in the hands of an average driver....most will be in the low 14's. Don't beleive the magazines. A cabable driver will put one into the 13's, but for the most part 14's are average. To keep running 13 sec passes you will have to torture the clutch and tranny, thus a short life span for drivetrain parts.

Why would I be mad, that is an insurance list?!?! But I've punished a fair share of NEONS. A variety of Stg upgraded ones at that.
