I'm not scared of high speeds, but i prefer to grip the steering wheel with two hands around speeds of 80+ (our michigan highways can be rough). I didn't watch the whole video, so i'm sure i missed a part where you were hanging on with two hands, but i think it's brave to go one handed at that speed for a while, no matter how smooth the road is, and in that traffic.

my topspeed in my e block e30 is only 120...

The guy in the vette wasnt really pushing the car, he was shifting way before 6k rpms.
