not necessarily. a "short ram" or cone filter on some turbo engines with bypass/recirc valves will give a nice "fwoosh" sound.

on an audi engine, however, you will most likely lose power with that type of intake because the stock system flows extremely well and is also well insulated from engine heat.

Well i dunno about most of that stuff but what do you guys think about the BOV/Inverter Valve From LLtek?
